Participation is by pre-registration on-line ONLY. The Show is limited to 168 cars. All registrations must be received and paid no later than noon time on March 6, 2024. 

Refunds: This is a rain or shine show. Sorry, no refunds for cancellations after noon time on March 6, 2024. All refunds are subject to an approximate 3% processing fee.

Fees: Car registration $50, Welcome Party $25 per person includes dinner, tax, and gratuity.

Changes to judging status or car information after noon time on March 6th move the car to “Participant's Choice".

Periodic updates and information will be sent to registrant's email.

Parking: You will have a reserved parking space with other members of your club. We will try to honor Parking Request whenever possible.

Additional Cars: our system allows only one car per registration. If you wish to register a second car, create a second registration or contact the Registration Chairs.

Additional T-Shirts: Each registration will receive one T-Shirt as part of their Registration Fee. Additional shirts will be available for sale the Day of Show at the Information Center.

Welcome Party: Night before Car Show BBQ dinner 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 pm. Menu: BBQ Chicken quarters, Pulled Pork, Mac and Cheese, Coleslaw, Baked Beans, Corn Bread, Cupcakes, Soft Drinks. Cost: $25 pp. Location: Venice Gardens Hall, 406 Shamrock Blvd, Venice.
